OctoMonk provides creative, marketing, web design, and AI automation services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in individual project agreements or proposals.

Intellectual Property

Final deliverables are transferred to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed. OctoMonk retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio.

Payments

Payment terms are specified per project. Work may be paused on overdue invoices.

Limitation of Liability

OctoMonk is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services. Marketing outcomes depend on many factors and specific results are not guaranteed unless contractually stated.
